Born and raised on the beautiful Islands of the Republic of Fiji. I have been graced to be part of many Arena's, from advocating for Policy based Advocacy in the Social Services Arena to Fighting in the ring for a gold medal in the National Karate Arena. It would be safe to say, that I possess a diverse set of interests, most prominent of them include Golf, practicing Karate and Photography.
I spent much of my late High School Years volunteering with the United Nations Association of Fiji (UNA Fiji). I was honored to serve in UNA Fiji for a total of 4 years (Dec 2017– Jul 2022) with 2 years as an Executive Council Member (Jul 2018 - Dec 2020) making important decisions and assisting in writing the NGO's constitution during my tenure . On Jul 2023 , I had decided to return to the Organization as a part-time Volunteer; providing my expertise and experience in the matters of Diplomacy and Protocol to UNA Fiji.
Apart from my volunteer work, I have actively participated with Karate Fiji since the age of Nine! Taking a short break during the Years of 2020 till 2022 due to the Global Pandemic. Till date I have been fortunate to have won 2 national gold, 5 national silver, 7 national bronze and 1 international bronze medal. Currently holding 3rd Kyu (Brown Belt), I hope to gain my Black Belt in the coming Years. (fingers crossed)
I am is currently studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Networking and Security under the University of South Pacific. Even in University, I always stick out a leg and take efforts to diverse his portfolio by taking part in the Pacific Hackathon 2022, Finishing 5th in the Pacific.
In April 2023, with the help of my collogues, I assisted in creating the USP Chess Club and have been serving as it's Secretary since then. The Chess Club aims to expose the Beautiful game of Chess to as many students at the University of the South Pacific by holding weekly Club meet-ups and exciting Competitions.
I look forward to graduating and am interested to work with technology with a preference towards the cloud computing industry.
